Meet

Coach Anton Hamman

I have taught for Crest, and currently for World of Swimming, Safe Swim and Dolphin Tails swimming schools.In addition I coach adult swimming at Wadurs and Splashpoint.

I’m an experienced and passionate Swimming Teacher with over 7 years of teaching experience, being Qualified in teaching children, babies, pre-schoolers, and individuals with disabilities.

I previously worked as a professional lifeguard for over 10 years on the beaches of South Africa, becoming a Senior lifeguard, instructor and examiner for South AfrIcan Lifesaving Association and worked in Dubai managing and teaching lifeguards while setting up the Wild Wadi Water Waterpark .

I bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and a passion and joy in teaching an essential life skill to students from the age of 3 months to 80 years old

I’d highly recommend Anton! He taught at the swim school my son attended for many years, and although he never taught my son personally, I watched him teach so many children from the side of the pool.

The improvement in some of the children after just a few lessons was honestly amazing to see. He’s so patient and really seems to get the best out of the kids. I particularly remember watching him teach a child with additional need’s and the patience he showed was brilliant.
